Here's a summary of what we did this week.
My little scientist decided to do some experiments. The plan was to collect these samples and then examine them under the microscope. We never actually got around to the microscope, so really we just collected a lot of mud. But she sure had a good time!
We aren't getting any snow this winter. We had a snowy Halloween, and haven't gotten any thing since then - which means I'm not getting any snow pictures. So I sent Sullivan outside and said "pretend it's snowing". Then I worked a little Photoshop magic and got some snow pics!
Sullivan decided that her allowance wasn't enough to sustain her spending habits, so she started coming up with some ideas to earn some extra cash. Items for sale: her autograph, a picture she drew, a dry erase maker, exercise classes, and make-overs. Tim ended up buying the picture she drew, and I got a yoga class.
The big event this weekend: Sullivan's first time as alter server at church. She looked so nervous and tense all through Mass that we were worried she was going to pass out! But she did a fantastic job.
To end the week, here's a shot of Sullivan engaged in one of her favorite pastimes: looking at herself in a mirror.
